Note that these terms and conditions apply to all our consultations, treatments and services that are offered by our clinic. By booking an appointment or getting treatment from us, you confirm that you have properly read and agreed to these terms after properly understanding them.

Our clinic fully supports and adheres to the criteria set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We have achieved CQC registration by maintaining high standards of care and quality. Moreover, SVR Aesthetics highly focuses on operating in accordance with all relevant UK healthcare legislation and regulatory requirements. All our treatments are performed by registered medical professionals who are capable of delivering safe and effective results that successfully fulfil your desired aesthetic goals.
Consultations & Confidentiality
- We make sure that all our consultations are conducted in private.
- We strictly adhere to your data protection laws, and our treatments are treated as strictly confidential
- Our experts will assess first whether your desired treatment is suitable for you or not.
Chaperones
To get full support, you can even bring your friend or family member during both the consultation and treatment. We may provide you with a chaperone upon request.
Appointment Bookings
We offer a flexible option where you can either book your appointment online through our official website, by email or by telephone.
Requirement For Securing Your Appointment Successfully
- A non-refundable booking fee is required
- Your valid photo ID may be requested
- Proof of your real age is required for all treatments
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of the booking fee.
- We request that you avoid repeated late cancellations or non-attendance. As in this case, you might be required to pay the full payment in advance for future bookings.
If necessary, SVR Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments, and our team will make sure to contact you promptly and reschedule while considering your convenience and time.
Late Arrivals
Please be careful to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival can lead to reduced treatment time, and we might have to reschedule the appointment. Moreover, you might have to deal with a loss of the booking fee if treatment cannot proceed safely.
Children
Make sure not to leave your kids unattended within the clinic. For safety purposes, the children shouldn’t attend appointments (unless they are the ones getting treated).
Treatment Suitability
- Considering medical assessment and suitability is crucial for successful treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we find that your desired treatment is unsafe or inappropriate.
- Booking fees must be paid even if treatment is declined.
Treatment Packages
- For treatment courses, you are required to pay the full payment in advance.
Medication & Prescriptions
- Prescription-only medicines are supplied following a full consultation and assessment.
- Once dispensed, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded.
- Where required, we may collaborate with your GP with your consent.
Age Policy
SVR Aesthetics only treats clients aged 18 years and over.
Payments & Refunds
- Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
- All payments are non-refundable once treatment has been administered.
Failure to pay as agreed may result in cancellation of future appointments.
Amendments
SVR Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on request or on our website.
